The Way of Chinese Medicine
Chinese medicine emphasises a holistic approach that treats the person as an integrated unit — mind, body and spirit. Disease is seen as arising from many sources as unique as the individual seeking treatment: improper diet and lifestyle, blockages in the body's vital energy or Qi, and emotional upset. Treatment is never one-size: it is composed, tailored and considered.
"When you touch one thing with deep awareness,
you touch everything."
— Lao Tzu
The practice
Two ancient disciplines, one practitioner
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbs are prescribed to normalise imbalanced energy — Qi — using a tradition that draws on more than 450 substances to compose a remedy calibrated to the individual. At this clinic, granules are offered: the classic formulas prepared as a fine powder, simply taken with warm water, precisely measured for each patient's constitution.
Acupuncture
A component of China's healthcare tradition traceable more than 2,500 years — the insertion of very fine needles (0.2 mm wide) at specific points along the body to relieve pain and restore balance. Every needle used here is pre-sterilised and single-use. Electro-acupuncture is available for cases where additional stimulation is indicated.

Conditions we address
Shoulder, neck and back pain, sport injuries, tennis elbow, sciatica, arthritis, headaches and migraines — acupuncture works to unblock the channels and reduce pain at its source.
Menstrual pain and irregularity, amenorrhea, IVF support, pregnancy care — Chinese medicine has a long and specific tradition of supporting every stage of women's health.
Addressing fatigue, low libido, premature ejaculation, post-ejaculatory pain, prostate concerns and impotence — a candid clinical tradition that takes these concerns seriously.
Acupuncture and Chinese medicine regulate sleeping patterns, boost energy and reduce the physiological load of stress and depression — restoring the balance that daily life disturbs.
