What we practice
Inserting very fine (0.2 mm) pre-sterilised, single-use needles at specific points along the body. A component of China's healthcare tradition traceable more than 2,500 years — used to relieve pain and restore the flow of Qi.
Custom-prescribed granule formulas drawn from more than 450 substances — prescribed to normalise imbalanced energy and support the body's constitution. Taken simply with a glass of warm water.
The burning of dried mugwort (moxa) near or on specific acupuncture points to warm channels, strengthen the body's Yang energy and support conditions aggravated by cold and deficiency.
Suction cups applied to the skin to stimulate circulation, release myofascial tension and draw out blockages. Commonly used for back pain, tightness and respiratory conditions.
Firm, repeated strokes across oiled skin using a smooth-edged tool to improve microcirculation, release adhesion and address chronic pain — particularly effective at the neck, shoulders and upper back.
Alternating between gentle and firmer pressure with therapeutic essential oils — addressing arthritis, back pain, migraines, muscle stiffness, menstrual cramps, mood and digestive problems.
